Rhubarb Sauce

Ingredients
8 cups diced rhubarb2 cups waterScant 1 teaspoon white stevia (sugar substitute:) 1/4 teaspoon white stevia equals 1 cup of sugar. (you could use another sweetner)1/3 cup sugar
Directions
Cook water and rhubarb over low heat until tender.
Add Stevia
Stir well
Add sugar to taste.
Chill and eat or you may eat it warm.
