italian sausage, egg noodles, and lots of vegetables in a yummy beef broth seasoned with fresh cilantro and basil! yum! leftovers are even more tastier as flavors mingle!
in a dutch oven or soup pot, brown bite size pieces of italian sausage in canala oil,chop vegetables while browning, once browned add all vegetables and saute until almost tender. fill pot with water ( if you would like to enjoy the soup right away use less water, just enough to cook your noodles, then add ice as your last step to cool) and add beef broth consumme to taste.(remember you can always add more at the end but can't take it away so use sparingly) Bring to Boil and add egg noodles. Chop Cilantro and basil finely. Cook until noodles are al dente. turn off heat, add fresh herbs. **remember to taste it frequently to make sure it has enough flavor. if too much flavor add more water or ice to thin out.
