1/2 c. hoisin sauce1/4 c. crunchy peanut butter1/4 c. light mayonnaise1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper1 lb. ground turkey breast1 tsp. peanut oil or sesame oil1 bunch green onions, chopped1 head Boston lettuce, leaves separated, washed, and patted dry
Mix hoisin sauce, peanut butter, light mayo, and crushed red pepper until well blended; set aside. Brown ground turkey with oil in a skillet, on medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium; stir in sauce mixture and green onions and heat through, stirring frequently. Serve with lettuce leaves for wrapping!
