Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients
4 chicken breasts, boneless, no skin1 cup marinara sauce4 oz shredded mozzarella1 tbsp olive oil3/4 cup breadcrumbs1 tbsp italian seas.2 tbsp parmesan cheese1 large egg
Directions
Heat oil in skillet on Med-High.

Mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, and italian seasoning on plate. Beat egg in bowl. Dip chicken into egg, then into breadcrumb mixture.

Brown chicken on each side. Put chicken in baking dish (9x13). Top with marinara. Cook at 350 for 30minutes or until juices run clear.

Top with mozzarella and cook an additional 10 minutes.

Serves 6.
