*LOW CARB* Fried Tortilla Crisps

2-3 Low Carb Tortillas1 c. peanut oil2 Tbsp Cinnamon1/2 c. sugar
Preheat Oil.
Slice two tortillas into pie wedges of 8 each.
Combine sugar and cinnamon together in a small bowl.
Place four wedges into hot oil and turn once cooking til both sides are golden brown.
Remove from oil to a paper towel and lightly sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture.
Yields 16 pieces and will feed 8 people (2 pieces each). Goes well with your choice of sugar free ice cream or low carb dessert! Enjoy!
