3 Eggs & 2 Egg Whites.8 slices of Canadian Bacon.1/4 Cup Canned mushrooms1/2 Med fresh tomato1/2C 2% Kraft Grated Cheese1 Cup of chopped Spinach1/2 C 1 % milk2 TBSP of Light Ranch Dressing2TBSP Light ranch dressing
1. combine eggs, milk and ranch dressing and whip up in Bullet. Add some spices of your choice.
2.Cut bacon slices in half and place around the muffin tin.
Add all remaining ingredients.
3.Cook at 375 for 25 Minutes. Serve with fresh fruit salad and a slice of Whole Wheat Toast.
