Apple Oat Muffins

Ingredients
1.5 Cup Rolled Oats 12 Egg whites.5 Cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce.5 Cup Finely Chopped Apple1 Tsp Cinnamon ( or other Spice you like ).25 tsp Baking Powder.5 tsp Vanilla Extract.75 cup Splenda
Directions
Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees F.

Put 1 cup of the oats in food processor, grind into oat flour.

Pour oat flour, .5 cup whole oats, spice, baking powder, and splenda into mixer bowl and mix.

Add apple, apple sauce, egg whites, and vanilla extract, blend into batter.

Fills 6 "Large" Muffins.

Bake 20-25 minutes,
( Insert tooth pick into center done when tooth pick comes out clean )

6 servings

* These Muffins MUST be kept frozen, reheat when you want to eat*
