Ingredients
Beef, eye of round, 8 oz Carrots, raw, 4 cup, chopped Potato, raw, 2 cup quarteredOnions, raw, 4 cup, quarteredRed Wine, 12 fl oz Pepper, black, 1 tsp
Directions
Sear Beef in a skillet.

Place Beef in Crockpot.

Cover with Carrots, Potatos, Onion

Grind Pepper over Everything.

Pour Wine on top.

Cover and cook on low 8 hours
