Pumpkin custard

Ingredients
1 1/2 c pumpkin1 c skim milk2 egg whites,1 egg or 3/4 c sub. egg1/2 c sugar free maple syrup 2 T. non fat dry milk1/4 c splenda2 t. vanilla2t. pumpkin spice
Directions
Mix all ingredents together until smooth. Pour into greased
4- 10 oz rankins, bake on a cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 35 min. cool and serve. Makes 4 servings
