1 Refrigerated Pillsbury Pie Crusts for 9" Pie4 Apples2 tbsp ground cinnamonHalf cup Granulated Sugar4 tbsp butter or margarine
In a medium bowl combine apples, sugar, cinnamon and butter.
Unroll pie crust and use a round cookie cutter to cut out circles. Push into mini muffin tins and spoon in apple filling. Use remaining dough to make circles and place on top of filling. Crimp edges of dough and cut small slits in the top. Bake at 375° for 20 minutes or until crust is lightly brown.
