vegan turkey & mayo sandwich

Ingredients
* 2 slices of Ezekial sprouted sesame seed bread. (or bread of your choice. i use Ezekial because it's higher protein)* 5 slices of Tofurky Peppered Deli Slices. (the peppered is my favorite, but feel free to try other flavors!)* 1 tomato, sliced* 1 handful of spinach* 1 tablespoon of Vegenaise
Directions
Lightly toast the bread.
Spread the Vegenaise on one slice.
Add Tofurky slices, sliced tomato, and spinach.
