Pureed Lima Beans with Fresh Thyme

Ingredients
Lima Beans, 2 cup Chicken stock, home-prepared, 1 cup Half and Half Cream, 3 tbsp Butter, salted, 1 tbsp Thyme, fresh, 1 tsp Salt, 1/4 tsp Pepper, black, 1/8 tsp
Directions
Combine first 2 ingredients.
Bring to a boil.

Reduce the heat, cover, and simmer until the beans are very tender, about 15 minutes.
Transfer the beans and liquid to a blender or a food processor and add: rest of ingredients.

Puree until smooth. Taste and adjust the seasonings. Serve Hot
