Spanish Pork soup

Ingredients
4 boneless pork chops ( approx 3 oz ea,)1 large onion chopped1 cup chopped celery2 16 oz cans Red kidney Beans2 16 oz cans Stewed tomatoes ( onion and peppers1 6 oz canned diced green chilies1 14 oz can chicken broth1 tbs cumin1 tbs Black pepper1 tbs onion powder1 tbs Garlic powderenough water to cover all ingredients should make about 6 quarts
Directions
In a large stew potsweat the onion and celery. cut raw pork chops into small cubes ( aprox 1 ") and brown lightly with onions and celery. add spices and green chilies. Add stewed tomatoes, kidney beans,chicken broth and water. Simmer as long as you like. graet for a weekend at home and you leave it simmering all day. Everyone can eat as they come and go. Makes about six quarts for 16 servings @ 1 1/2 cup servings
