Spinach and Feta Fritatta

Ingredients
2 Cups Spinach2 Tablespoons Feta1/4 cup thin sliced Red Onion3 Large EggsDash of DillKosher Salt to taste
Directions
Put 1/2 tbsp of Olive Oil in a small, oven safe skillet, heat on med low. Saute onions for 2 minutes, add Spinach on same heat. When spinach starts to cook down add eggs and 2 tbsp feta. Stir gently. Sprinkle dill and kosher salt on top. Cook on stove for 2 minutes.

Turn broiler on High on oven, place in center rack and cook for 5 minutes. When top is light gold brown and eggs are coming away from sides it's ready.
