Buffalo Meatloaf

Ingredients
1 lb ground buffalo meat1/4 lb ground sausage1 sleeve saltine crackers, crushed1 can tomato soup1 egg1 tsp salt1 tsp peppermilk
Directions
Mix bufalo, sausage, crackers, onion, egg, salt, pepper, and 3/4 of the can of soup. Slowly mix in 1/2 cup to 1 cup of milk until texture is slightly soupy. Pat into deep round baking dish. Top with remaining soup. Bake in oven on 350 for approximately 1 hour.
