Slow cooker southwest chicken

8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs1 package dry taco seasoning1 10.75-oz. can golden mushroom soup1 4-oz. can mushrooms1/4 cup sour cream
Spray slow cooker container with nonstick coating sparingly. Clean as much fat as possible from chicken thighs and lay pieces in slow cooker container. Sprinkle taco seasoning over chicken. Spread undiluted soup over, add drained mushrooms, and cook on low until tender (4 hours or more).
(If you like a spicier dish, add a splash or few of hot sauce -- this will add zero calories and lots of zest.
Before serving, stir in 1/2 cup sour cream (calories will be less if you use reduced fat sour cream).
