Directions
Mix dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients. Stir and refrigerate over night. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full and bake at 350 degrees for 20 - 23 minutes. Batter will keep in fridge up to two weeks and in freezer up to 4 months.
