300g chicken breast350g packet fresh singapore noodles2 cups frozen stirfry vegies1/2 cup light peanut butter2 tbspns brown sugar2 tbspns lemon juice1/4 cup sweet chilli sauce1/2 cup water
Cook the chicken in the olive oil before adding vegies, stir frying until defrosted and softening.
Add remaining ingredients and cook until the sauce has mixed together and noodles are warm.
