1 lbs ground turkey (lean)1 entire 425 gram box of Catelli whole wheat lasagna noodles1 litre of no name pasta sauce (i used mushroom & garlic)1/3 cup parm cheese (grated)1 cup shredded mozzerella soy cheese product2 cloves garlicsalt & pepper to taste
brown ground turkey with garlic, salt & pepper
layer noodels & sauce & repeat
then layer ground turkey and half of cheese
make 2 more layers of noodels and sauce
top with remaining cheese
bake @ 350 degrees F - 50 minutes
