Cabbage Kielbasa or Polish Sausage Skillet

Ingredients
large red onion, 1 red sweet pepper, julienned1 green sweet pepper, julienned2 tbsp butter1 lb Turkey Keilbasa in 1/2 to 1 inch slices1 lb cabbage julienned (or 1 package coleslaw mix)1/2 cup chicken broth, low fat1 tsp minced garlic1/2 tsp black pepper3 tbls cider vinegar
Directions
Prepare the vegetables and cut up the sausage.
Saute vegetables in butter until tender
add remaining ingredients, stirring for 6-8 minutes until heated through.
