Mango Salsa

Ingredients
2 ripe mangos, chopped1/2 small red onion, chopped2 jalapenos, seeded and choppedzest and juice from one lime1 large handful of fresh cilantro chopped
Directions
Makes 6 servings . . .

Add everything but half the mango and cilantro to a food processor. Pulse until combined (don't over process you want this a little chunky)

Combine the remaining mango and cilantro and stir.

The longer this sits (preferably overnight) the more the flavors meld together and the better it tastes.

Great with grilled chicken, steak, fish, or pork.
