Ingredients
Cauliflower, cooked, 4 cup (1" pieces) (remove)Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)Celery, raw, 2 stalk, small (5" long) (remove)Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
Directions
makes 4 medium servings or 6 small or 3 large
saute onions and garlic in oil
when done, add cooked cauliflower
cook until slightly browned
add water or chicken stock
bring to boil for a few minutes
puree in blender
add salt, pepper, and summer savory
