Ingredients
3/4 lb lean ground beef15 oz can black beans1 tbsp chili powder1/2 tsp garlic powder1/4 tsp cayenne pepper1/3 cup water
Directions
Brown ground beef. Add the beans and spices. Cook for a couple of minutes. Add water and cook until thick. Serve on salads or in shells.
