Quick breakfast quiche

Ingredients
10 Large Eggs1/4 cup Fat Free 1/2 and 1/21/2 cup Kraft 2% or no fat shredded cheese8 oz of sausage (turkey sausage will cut the fat down even more)Any other item you like with your eggs you can add like salsa, onion, peppers..Get creative!
Directions
Spray a muffin tin with Pam to prevent sticking. Cook sausage and place in the bottom of each muffin cup. Mix together egg, half and half and cheese, salt and pepper to taste if you like. Pour mixture over the sausage to fill cup not quite to the top. Cook at 350 degrees for 20 minutes and let sit for about 5 minutes after before serving.
