Parmesan Crusted Pork Loin

Ingredients
1 - 1 lb pork loin1 tsp salt1/2 TBSP garlic powder1/2 TBSP onion powder2 TBSP parmesan cheese1 TBSP olive oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 475 degrees

Preheat ovenproof pan to high heat.

Mix all ingredients and rub into pork loin.

When pan is VERY hot, sear pork on all sides then place in oven for 20-25 minutes.

Allow to cool 5-10 minutes before cutting.
