Microwave Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
-1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree-1/4 cup egg whites (not egg substitute!)-1 packet of stevia-1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice-2 tablespoons Fat-Free Redi Whip
Directions
1. Mix pumpkin, egg whites, stevia, and pumpkin pie spice in a shallow bowl.

2. Microwave on high for 3 minutes.*

3. Let it cool for a few minutes and serve with Reddi Whip.

Makes 1 serving.

*if you want it to have somewhat of a skin on top, increase cooking time to 5 minutes.
