1 tsp olive oil2 cloves garlic1/2 cup white wine1 14 oz can tomatoes1 Tbs oreganosalt to tastered pepper flakes to taste5 oz feta cheese14 oz large shrimp, peeled and deveinedAngel Hair Pasta
Saute garlic in olive oil. Add the wine, tomatoes and oregano. Season with salt and red pepper flakes. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer about 5 minutes. Add shrimp and feta cheese. Cover and cook on low until shrimp are pink and cheese is melted. Serve over angel hair pasta.
