Toasted Nut and Apricot Granola

Ingredients
2 cups of rolled oats1 cup roasted hazelnuts - roughly chopped1 cup oat bran1 cup almonds - roughly chopped2 tbsp macadamia nut oil (or any oil)_______________________________1/3 cup of dates - roughly chopped2 tbsp golden syrup1 1/3 cups sunflower seeds1 cup pepitas (pumpkin seeds)1/2 cup psyllim husks1/2 cup lsa1/2 cup dried apricots - roughly chopped
Directions
1/3 cup serving size
Heat the oil and the golden syrup and drizzle over the oats, bran and nuts in a baking tray - place in a moderate oven for 10 minutes to toast
Add the other ingredients and mix together
Serve with milk/yogurt
