Dutch Oven Frito Pie

Ingredients
2 pounds ground turkey2 small onions-diced1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce1 can each kidney beans, black beans & corn1 green pepper - diced1 (9.75 0z) bag Fritos2 cups shredded cheddar cheesecumin, salt, pepper, garlic salt, chili powder to tasteshredded lettuce (optional)light sour cream (optional)
Directions
Brown ground turkey with onions, salt, & pepper. When cooking is completed, drain turkey. Spread a generous layer of Fritos on the bottom of the Dutch oven, reserving some for later. Top the Frito layer with drained turkey. In a separate bowl, stir together the tomato sauce, beans, corn, and green pepper. Add spices to taste. Pour mix over layer of turkey. Cook for 35-45 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle a layer of cheese on top during the last 5 minutes of cooking. Before serving, in each individual bowl, sprinkle some Fritos. Scoop dinner out of Dutch oven and place on top. Finish off with sour cream, lettuce, and extra cheese.
