Kitchen Sink Salad

Ingredients
6oz Grilled Chicken, diced1 Roma Tomato1/2 medium apple, whatever variety you want2oz Reduced Fat Feta Cheese1/2 box of raisins1/2c carrot matchsticks2.5c romaine lettuce1/4c chopped Red onion
Directions
Mix and serve with your favorite dressing!

Makes 2 servings

Note: To save calories on dressing, I usually mix 1TBSP of water with 1TBSP of my favorite dressing! The water helps the smaller amount of dressing coat my entire salad and I hardly notice the difference.
