Ambers meatloaf

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef1 cup milk1 tablespoon worcestershire1 teaspoon dried sage1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon ground mustard1/2 teaspoon black pepper1 galic clove1 large egg1/2 cup bread crumbs1 small onion ( 1/2 cup)
Directions
preheat oven to 350, mix all ingedients in bowel. If you have a cast iron bread pan set than in oven while preheating. bake uncovered for 1 1/2 hours ( temp at least 160)
I like the crust so I use 2 ( cast iron) pans and make a loaf out of the meat mixture that doesn't touch the sides of the pans creating a crustier loaf.
