Amber's Light French Toast

5 Egg Whites1/2 tsp cinnamon1 tsp vanilla1 tsp sugar6 slices reduced cal wheat breadReduced cal syrupbutter or spread
Directions
Mix egg whites with cinnamon, sugar and vanilla. Dunk the bread in and cook on the griddle. Maybe 2-3 min each side.
