Bacon Wrapped Scallops

Ingredients
12 LARGE sea scallops6 slices of bacon- cut in half2 tablespoons butterSprinkle of Parsley(4 LARGE FOIL cupcake holders)
Directions
Makes 2 servings (6 scallops- 3 in each foil cup)

Slice 6 pieces of bacon in half
Wrap all 12 scallops with a piece of bacon
Place 3 wrapped scallops each in the foil cupcake holders
Evenly divide butter into the cupcake holders
Sprinkle with parsley
Boil at 500 degrees for 10-15 mins
-Longer for crisper bacon
