Apple Crisp

Ingredients
5 large apples - peeled, cored and sliced (Ida Red or Spy)1 tsp. cinnamon2 tsp. brown sugar2 Tbsp. lemon juice1 C. quick oats1 tsp. vanilla1/2 tsp. cinnamon1/4 tsp nutmeg1/4 C. brown sugar2 Tbsp margarine
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Peel, core and slice apples. In large mixing bowl, combine apple slices with 1 tsp cinnamon, 2 tsp brown sugar and lemon juice. Place coated apples in 9"x9" ungreased pan.

In another bowl, mix together remaining ingredients, until crumbly.

Top apples with crumble mixture. Bake for aproximately 45 minutes or until apples are tender.
