Beef Curry

Ingredients
1 lb beef round steak1 1/2 cups onion3 T. canola oil3 T garlic paste1 t ginger paste2 t ground cumin4 cloves1 t coriander powder 1/2 c canned tomatoes1 t saltwaterdash of Garam Masalachili powder (2 tsp)hot chili powder (1/2 tsp)
Directions
Dice onion

Fry onions, garlic paste, ginger, paste , tomato, all spices except garam masala, then add meat and cook til done.

Add water and simmer till you have a gravy . Add a dash of garam Masala. Cook a few more minutes.

Serve with Jhou
