3/4 C. Sugar1/4 C. Canola Oil1/4 C. Applesauce1 Egg1/3 C. Water1/2 can (23oz can) Pumpkin1 3/4 C. Flour1 tsp. Baking Soda1/2 tsp. Baking Powder1 tsp. Salt2 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
Mix wet ingredients thoroughly, add dry ingredients gradually. Pour into a loaf pan lightly coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Makes 10 servings.
