Southwestern Chicken Chili

Ingredients
4 frozen chicken breasts1 can black beans1 can mixed variety beans (or other can you have lurking in the lazy susan)1 can diced tomatoes1 cup frozen corn1 cup water, or chicken stock1 onion, chopped2 cloves garlic, minced or put through a garlic press1 tsp. chilli powder1 tsp. cumin
Directions
Rinse the beans well to remove residue and sodium. Put all ingredients into the crockpot on low heat for 5-6 hours. Just before serving, take two forks and shred the chicken. Give it a good stir and serve it up alongside grated low fat cheese, yogurt cheese (to substitute for that fatty sour cream!) and salsa. 10-1 cup servings
