Ingredients
1 bag Mixed Salad Greens 1 cup Fresh Spinach 2 packages Oscar Mayer Deli Fresh Southwestern Chicken Breast Strips2 cups Tomatoes diced2 tbsp Sunkist Almond Accents Ranch Style3/4 cup Low Fat Shredded Cheese8 slices Applewood Bacon1 small Tangerine, sectioned (cut into smaller pieces if necessary)Salad dressing as desired.Serves 6 nicely, orginally made to serve 5 but realized it has very difficult to split the recipe for smaller families.
Directions
Tear into smaller pieces and toss together the Mixed Salad Greens and Spinach.
Add Oscar Mayer Deli Fresh Southwestern Chicken Breast Strips
Top with diced tomatoes.
Sprinkle salad with almonds, cheese and bacon
Place tangerine sections on top.
Serve with dressing of choice on the side.

If you want a warm sensational salad you can microwave your chicken strips before putting them on the salad. (DO NOT MICROWAVE chicken in the package).

The dressing on the side in the picture is Kraft Roasted Red Pepper Italian Dressing with Parmesan.

This sounded pretty promising, til I ready you have to add salad dressing, which would increase the sodium count even higher. Perhaps if I cut the bacon way back I could make it work for my family. - 11/4/09

Thank you Shutrbug for checking out The 3 C's-Crunchy Carolina Chicken Salad Recipe. It is wonderful by itself, it is how I perfer it, but realized some people feel a salad is not complete with a dressing, that is why I said dressing on the side.

This looks and sounds great! We don't have a Ruby Tuesday in our little town, so I haven't eaten it, but I plan to make this one! - 11/3/09

This sounds like a great dish. I am just going to change it up. I am going to cook my own chicken and I will have less sodium. I am also not going to put the ranch style dressing. - 7/24/10

Thank you for commenting on the recipe, the tangerine sections add a little more citus flavor that Ruby Tuesdays doesn't have, but adds so mcuh to this dish, I couldn't resist.

It sounds pretty yummy to me as a meal. I would just have to do some planning for the sodium. Other then that, I think it's definitely worth a try. - 11/9/09
