Chicken & Sweetcorn with bacon, mushroom & rice

Ingredients
Boneless, skinless chicken breast fillet, 2 serving Mushrooms, fresh, 6 mediumWeightwatchers bacon, 4 rashersGreen Giant Organic Sweetcorn (285g drained can)Basmati Rice (Sainsburys, easy-cook, uncooked), 100 gram
Directions
Spray a frying pan with one cal spray.

Add diced chicken breasts and bacon cut into strips. Stir fry.

Meanwhile add rice to a pan of boling water for 10 - 12 minutes.

Add mushrooms and drained sweetcorn to the chicken and bacon. Continue to stir fry while the rice boils.

When rice is cooked, combine ingredients and serve.
