Easy Apple Muffins

Ingredients
1 Cup White Flour1 Cup Wheat Flour (I chose to split the two in half because I like using the Wheat Flour but it can make the Muffins a little too coarse for my liking if I use 2 cups)3/4 Cup of Splenda (or 36 Packets)A pinch of Salt3/4 Tbsp. Baking Powder---------------------------------------------------------------------------------1 Cup Skim Milk3 Tbsp Egg Substitute (or 1 Egg)1 Apple (Medium size)1/4 Cup Olive Oil1 Tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice1 Tsp. Apple Pie Spice (says 1/2 Tsp. of Cinnamon and 1/2 Tsp. of Nutmeg because items weren't listed under ingredients)1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
Directions
Mix All Dry Ingredients First, Then Add Remaining Ingredients. Bake @400 Degrees For 15 Minutes, Then Remove Muffins And Sprinkle A Little Brown Sugar On Top Of Muffins. Bake For 5 More Minutes and Your Muffins Are Ready To Go! Enjoy!
