Whole Wheat Flour, 1.25 cup Flour, white, .25 cup All White 100% Liquid Egg Whites, 0.50 cup Granulated Sugar, .5 cup Brown Sugar, .25 cup, unpacked Raisins, .5 cup (not packed) Pumpkin, canned, without salt (15 oz) Baking Powder, 2.25 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 1.5 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice, .5 tsp Salt, .5 tsp Allspice, 1 tsp Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
In one bowl mix together all dry ingredients. In another bowl mix together all wet ingredients. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix until well combined. Add raisins/cranberries/nuts.
Pour into 9" x 5" loaf pan, sprayed with nonstick spray. Bake at 350F for about 50 minutes until top of bread is firm. Cool and slice. Makes 8 1" servings.
