8 oz package fat free cream cheese3.75 oz low fat ricotta cheese (1/4 of 15 oz container)4 oz Cool Whip Free (1/2 container)1/8 tsp coconut or almond extractSweetener, about 4 packets - or to taste
Put cream cheese in medium bowl and microwave for 1 minute. Stir until very smooth. Add ricotta and blend well. Mix in sweetener packets and flavoring extract. Fold in Cool Whip Free until thoroughly blended. Pour into four custard cups, cover with saran wrap and chill. Makes 4 servings. (I use Great Value brand cheeses.)
