1 cup sugar1/2 cup butter4 eggs1 cup flour1/2 tsp salt1 tsp vanilla1 16 oz can Hershey's syrup (approx 1.33 cups)Mint layer:2 cups powdered sugar1/2 cup butter, melted2-4 tablespoons creme de mentheChocolate layer:1 cup chocolate chips (semi sweet)6 Tablespoons butter
Cream together the sugar, butter, eggs, flour, salt and vanilla. Add Hershey syrup. Pour into greased 9X 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 minutes.
Mix together powdered sugar, melted butter, and creme de menthe. Spread over cooled brownies.
Melt chocolate chips and butter in microwave, Mix well and spread over creme de menthe layer. Cool in refrigerator prior to slicing. Makes 32 2" square treats.
