Ingredients
Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 215 gramsBlue Agave nectar, Light, 4 tbsp Cinnamon, ground, 2 tspGinger, ground, 0.5 tspNutmeg, ground, 1 tspSalt, 1 dashEgg, fresh, 2 large Fat Free Yogurt, Plain, 0.25 cupMilk, 1%, 0.25 cup
Directions
Combine all ingredients with a wire whisk.
Pour into a glass pie dish and bake in a Bain Marie @ 350F for 40-60 minutes, until set.
