Ingredients
1/2 cup Splenda for baking1 cup applesauce2 eggs beaten1 cup prune juice1 cup prunes (chopped)2 cups flour1 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda2 tsp ground cloves2 tsp allspice
Directions
mix ingredients in order as listed. bake for 50 minutes at 350 degrees in 9 x 9 pan coated with non-stick spray. let cool completely. Enjoy!!

    Excellent cake. I did change the seasoning as I thought the original spices were too strong. I used 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon cloves and nutmeg . Very moist and delicious. - 2/19/16
