Vegetarian Chili

Ingredients
This recipe is more about proportion than measurement.1 can black beans2 cans butter beans (large)1 or 2 cans stewed tomatoes (by taste preference)1 can chili beans (CAUTION: Check the ingredients, these sometimes contain lard, yuk!)2 cups mushrooms, whole or halved1.5 cups cashews, pieces (or 2.5 cups whole)1 onion (white) diced.1 cup or more of sliced okra12 ounces of goat cheese (soft)1 red onion
Directions
Throw everything into a large pot except the goat cheese and red onion.
Bring to boil, reduce heat to medium for 5 minutes, then reduce heat to low. You should maintain a slow boil. Stir occasionally.

Garnish with red onion cut into petals and 1 ounce of goat cheese crumbled per bowl.
