Black Bean Sup

Ingredients
i pks black beans (boiled and rinsed)1/2 red onion2 stalks celery2 large carrots4 packets goya chicken broth3 tbls sofrito1 tbls. tomato paste8-10 cups water
Directions
First cook black beans in water to soften partially. Drain and rinse (this helps with any bean issues you may have) Saute onion and garlic in pan. Add all the rest of the ingredients and let cook for as loong as you like, You can also throw everything into as slow cooker (after cooking and rinsing beans) Don't bother sauteing the onion and garlic and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
