1 pound 93% lean ground beef2 cans beef gravy8 ounce can of mushroom stems and pieces1/2 chopped cup green bell pepper1/2 chopped cup red bell pepper1/2 chopped cup onion1 toe minced garlica couple swigs of Worchestershire saucedash of cayenne pepperpinch of coarse ground pepperpinch of dried parsley
Heat cast iron skillet. Add ground beef, onions, Worchestershire sauce, and seasonings. Saute until onions begin to turn translucent. Add peppers and mushrooms and cook until beef is thoroughly cooked. Drain if necessary. Add canned gravy and simmer until gravy is heated. Serve over rice, potatoes or pasta.
