Split Pea soup with lean ham, crockpot recipe

Ingredients
2 bags split peas (16oz each)16 cups chicken broth1 cup chopped celery1 cup chopped onion3/4 cup chopped carrots5 oz can Hormel lean ham4 bay leaves1 T minced garlic1 t black pepper
Directions
add all ingredients to crockpot and leave on high overnight. cook 24 hours or until peas disintegrate completely into soup. makes ten 2-cup servings.
