Justin and Mom's Greek Pasta

Ingredients
2 TBSP Olive Oil2 Lamb Chops (approx 10 oz cleaned and cut into bite size pieces)1 Small can sliced black olives1 oz Roasted Red Peppers (in oil) - chopped2 TSP Chopped Garlic1 cup chopped fresh spinachRonzoni Smart Taste Penne (whole box cooked to taste)1/4 c crumbled feta cheese1/2 c Ken's Greek Dressing
Directions
In Large Pot...cook Pasta according to box instructions...

In Saute pan, saute together, Olive Oil, Lamb, Garlic, Olives until Lamb is cooked through. Remove from heat - add spinach and peppers.

Once both pasta and sauted items are done...mix together, adding dressing and feta over low heat...until warmed through.

Makes 4 servings.
